I ask can other people get the same answer if I don't know I ask someone else and If they got something then I know it is a statistical question.

For example, if the question asked you what your shoe size is then it is a statistical question because not everyone has the same shoe size.

  11. How I find the average value of a data set is first I find the data set. Then I find which number it peaks at and that is where the average is. If it peaks at multiple spots and those spots are clustered then the averages is around those spots.
